The Democratic Republic of the Congo
Jonny Hogg is project manager for FBA’s work with the Swedish development cooperation strategy for the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Jonny has longstanding experience as a political analyst, journalist and communications specialist. He was previously employed by Reuters Press Agency, where he was correspondent and bureau chief in Kinshasa. He has also worked for Reuters and BBC in Turkey and Madagascar, and was later Head of Communications for the United Nations’ World Food Programme in Turkey.
Jonny holds a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Action in Conflict from Uppsala University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and History from Newcastle University.

Since 2018, Fredrik Wesslau has been seconded by FBA to the EU advisory mission in Ukraine (EUAM). In the role as Deputy Head of Mission, he is part of leading the organization's daily work and strategic direction.
